These disclosures supplement our Privacy Policy.

Chat and our AI assistant

Our site offers live chat (provided by Chatra) and an AI chat assistant ("Piper"). When you use either one, the conversation is recorded and stored, along with any photos you upload and any contact or order details you provide. Our staff may review chats, and our service providers, including AI model providers, process them to answer you, hand you off to our team, and improve our service. By using chat, you consent to this recording and review. If you do not agree, please contact us by email or phone instead. Do not share payment card numbers or passwords in chat.

Advertising and analytics

We do not currently use third-party advertising pixels on this site. Shopify, our ecommerce platform, collects basic analytics to operate the store. You can still submit privacy requests as described in our Privacy Policy, and if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information.

Your rights and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of your information, and to appeal our decision on a request. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. To make a request, use the contact details in our Privacy Policy. You may use an authorized agent.
